1. What this website is

This website introduces the company and serves as its own talent pool and hiring channel. It is not a job board that collects and brokers listings from many companies.

Every job posted here is the company’s own posting. We do not post other companies’ jobs on their behalf.

2. What registering means

• Registering a profile is not an employment contract and does not confirm that you are hired. It means we will contact you, the way you chose, when a matching job opens.
• Anyone can register. Your visa status does not block registering or applying. Actually starting work is possible after your visa status is checked.
• Only people aged 18 or over can register a profile.
• You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
• Applying to a job and registering in the talent pool are separate. Applying does not register you in the pool, and being in the pool does not apply you to any job.

3. Job postings and who employs you

Jobs posted here are employed directly by the operating company 주식회사 세경인더스트리 (brand: Taesung Solution), and the work takes place at a client site under a subcontracted-line arrangement.

Pay, working hours and closing dates in a posting can change. The confirmed terms are explained when a staff member contacts you.

4. What we never charge job seekers

We never charge job seekers any fee, placement charge or training cost, under any name.

If someone asks you for money using the company name, it is not from us. Please check with us on 010-5768-7044.

5. What you must not do

• Registering or applying using someone else’s name or phone number
• Entering information that is not true
• Scraping the pages with automated programs, or disrupting the system with repeated submissions
• Copying the text, tables or design of this website without permission
• Using the grievance and report channel for content that is not true

The same mobile number may submit up to 3 times in 10 minutes, and the same IP address up to 60 times in an hour. If you pass the limit, please try again shortly.

If we confirm any of the above, we may decline to process the submission or delete the stored information.

6. The grievance and report channel

A staff member reviews what you file, and you can see the outcome with the tracking code and password. We protect people who report from being disadvantaged.

The tracking code cannot be seen again once you leave the confirmation screen, so please save it. If the password is wrong several times, lookups are locked for 24 hours.

7. Interruptions and limits of liability

Use of the website may stop temporarily because of maintenance, faults, network problems or events beyond our control.

Except where we act intentionally or with gross negligence, we are not liable for loss arising from the website being unavailable or from posted information being delayed or changed.

8. Copyright

The text, tables and design on this website belong to the company. Please do not copy, distribute or transmit them, or use them in another service, without permission.

9. Personal information

Personal information is handled under the separate privacy policy, linked at the bottom of every page.

10. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we publish them on this page with a new effective date.

11. Governing law and disputes

The law of the Republic of Korea applies to these terms and to use of this website. Disputes are heard by the court with jurisdiction over the company address.
