Ethics

1. What you can report

On the report form you choose one of these five. If you are not sure which one fits, choose Other and just write what happened — a category that does not fit does not stop the report from being accepted.

We do not check whether you are an employee of the company. People working alongside us at a site, and people who only applied, can file a report too.

2. How to file a report

Tap “Report a concern” at the very bottom of the page and the form opens. Write in whichever of the four languages is easiest for you: 한국어, English, ไทย, Tiếng Việt.

If you have photos or documents, do not attach them when you file — send them after a staff member contacts you. The form has no field for uploading files.

3. What anonymous really means here

If you tick “Report anonymously, without my name or contact”, the contact field disappears and the server does not read it. It is not stored and then hidden — it never reaches the database at all. The storage function discards it a second time, so it is blocked in two places.

This form does not ask for a phone number. The record kept to limit repeated submissions holds only a random value newly generated for each report, so that record cannot be used to tie several reports to one person.

Your IP address is kept only as a hash, never as itself, and records older than 24 hours are deleted the next time anything is submitted.

The PIN for checking the result is not stored as written either. We store only a salted hash and compare against it when you look the report up.

One honest limit: if the report itself contains things that identify you — which site, when it happened — the person reading it may be able to guess. Technology cannot prevent that, so please decide yourself how much to write.

4. What you receive when you file

When the report is filed, a twelve-character reference number appears on the screen. You cannot see it again once you leave that screen, and we do not put it in the address bar or send it by email — please write it down or copy it.

The reference number and the PIN you just chose are the only keys to the result. If you reported anonymously there is no way for us to verify who you are, so if you lose the number we cannot look it up for you.

5. What happens after you file

A staff member reads the report and posts what they found as a reply. Replies build up on the same screen you use to look the report up with your reference number.

We do not write a deadline here, such as answering within so many days, because no deadline we could keep has been set. What we do commit to is that a report that arrives is read and answered.

This channel takes time, because a person has to open it. If you are hurt right now or in danger, tell the site supervisor immediately and also call us on 010-5768-7044.

6. How to check the result

On the “Check result” tab of the form, enter your reference number and PIN to see the status and the staff reply.

7. Who reads reports

Everyone who can log in to the admin screens sees reports. There used to be a separate ethics-officer role that alone could see them; the company has no such division of roles in reality, so it was removed on 23 September 2026.

8. What the company commits to

This is a small company — the owner and a handful of staff. That means a person reads your report and a person answers it: the channel described above is all there is, with no steps in between.

9. How long a report is kept

It is destroyed 3 years after the date it is filed — the same period as in the consent text you agree to on the form.

When it is destroyed, the report itself, the staff replies, the consent record and the notification record all go with it. The function that deletes them has been built but is not switched on yet; the privacy policy explains that situation.

Access records are kept even after the personal information is deleted. The record that explains who opened a report must not disappear together with the report.

10. If this channel does not reach us

If the form will not open, or you lost your reference number and want to tell us again, contact us below. You may also simply file the same report again — nothing bad comes of filing twice.
