Privacy policy

1. Who processes your information

The name shown on the site is always "Taesung Solution"; the company that actually processes your information is the operating company above. If the operating company changes, the values on this page change with it.

2. Talent pool registration

If you do not tick the optional consent, your nationality, visa status, Korean level and messenger ID are dropped before they reach storage — they are never in the database at all, not stored and hidden.

Your visa status does not block registration, and it is not a required field.

3. Job application

Applying is a separate consent from talent pool registration. Applying does not register you in the pool, and being in the pool does not apply you to any job.

If you report anonymously we do not store contact details — we do not even read that field. The 4-digit password for checking the outcome is never stored as written; we store only a salted hash and compare against it.

We protect people who report from being disadvantaged. Staff notes are kept apart in storage so that they never appear in the outcome you look up.

6. Information recorded automatically, and cookies

• We store the language of the form you used (한국어, English, ไทย, Tiếng Việt) and a consent record (what you consented to, which version of the consent wording, and when).
• To stop repeated submissions we record your mobile number and IP address only as a salted hash. The originals are not stored, and these records are deleted after 24 hours.
• Looking up a grievance outcome records the tracking code and IP the same way (hash only).
• We do not use advertising or analytics tools that track visitors.
• After you finish registering, one cookie (tsg_cid) stays for one hour so you can keep filling in your experience and preferred conditions on the profile you just created. Only the server can read it and it holds no personal information. The admin screen uses a session cookie for login.
• Some photos on the home page load from an outside photo service (Unsplash), which receives your IP address when they load.

7. Retention and destruction

We destroy the information once the periods above pass. Each record stores its scheduled destruction date.

The function that finds and deletes records past their destruction date is built. It deletes the consent record and the notification record together with the personal data, and it logs how many rows it deleted so we can check that it ran.

That automatic run is not switched on yet. Until it is, a staff member checks the stored destruction dates and deletes the records. If you ask us to delete earlier, we delete it.

Records of staff viewing personal data are kept for audit purposes. They remain after the personal data is destroyed, and are kept for at least one year. They show who opened what and when, and they do not contain the personal data itself.

Talent pool entries are destroyed 2 years from the day you registered. We do not ask separately about extending — if you want yours kept, tell us at the contacts above before the two years are up.

Destruction means deleting the record from the database, and we do not restore it afterwards.

8. Sharing and processors

There is no path by which this website passes your information on to another company or body automatically. Apart from the processors below, we do not use it outside the purposes stated in this policy.

The notification mail contains no name, contact detail, report text or tracking code. It carries only what kind of submission arrived and when, plus the address where staff can open it.

The database that holds personal information is inside Korea (AWS Seoul region, ap-northeast-2). All of the processors above are companies based outside Korea, and there is exactly one path by which personal information leaves the country: the notification mail below.

9. Your rights and how to use them

This website has no login. So there is no screen where you can view, correct or delete your own information; a staff member does it when you ask.

If you entered the wrong number, or want to view, correct or delete your information or withdraw your consent, please contact us below. The same notice appears on the screen shown after you register.

We confirm that the request is yours using the mobile number you gave when you registered. A legal representative or someone you authorise can ask the same way.

For grievances and reports you can check the outcome yourself with the tracking code and password. To change or delete the content, please ask us at the contacts above.

11. How we keep it safe

• Tables holding personal information cannot be read directly from outside; the server reads and writes them only through fixed functions.
• Mobile numbers, IP addresses and the outcome-check password are stored and compared only as salted hashes.
• Staff notification mail never contains a name, contact detail or report text.
• The admin screen requires a login and is blocked from search engines.
• All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS.

12. About age

Only people aged 18 or over can register a profile, and the registration screen checks this. The check is a condition for submitting and is not stored as a value.

This is not a service directed at children under 14.

13. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we publish it on this page with a new effective date.

When the consent wording changes, the version stored with each consent record goes up, so it stays on record which version of the wording you agreed to.
